Richard and Porsche were fantastic and went the extra mile when I listed my property with them. I live out of town and I couldn't get to Tauranga but I didn't need to with Team Due on the job. They organised trades to get work done, even did some jobs themselves without being asked. They went above and beyond my expectation. Last year I put in an offer to purchase a home in Tauranga. Due to the banks strict lending criteria, obtaining finance was difficult. To secure the finance I needed to fulfil a number of criteria. As I was in Auckland, documents had to be signed, scanned and sent back and forth. This was a very stressful time and there were plenty of hiccups along the way. I had only met Gina once, when I went to look at the property. What luck! She was an enormous help and comfort. She dealt with all the drama I had in a professional, caring and supportive manner. Gina constantly went out of her way to help me, even though it was not her job to do so. Most days there was an encouraging text or call from her. The purchase was eventually finalised and the house was mine. Heading back to Tauranga, there was Gina once more presenting me with a boxed key and a bottle of bubbles!
I cannot recommend Gina enough!

Gina, Richard and Porsche were friendly, professional, relaxed and patient.
As a property owner and a first home buyer they helped put us at ease with any queries or concerns. Together the three worked well and cohesive as a team and nothing was ever a problem - even late house visits or surprises with the property. They listened to what we were after and were happy to show us properties matching some of our criteria so we could evaluate our choices with even comparison. When it came to putting an offer in, they explained and helped put it together. From that point on they kept us well informed and were able to negotiate on our behalf to get a desired result. We feel Richard's negotiating skills in particular helped seal our purchase of the property by helping make both parties see and understand the best outcome for each.
